Erected by Julia Thompkins Oulart, Ballyfad in memory of her husband Matthew Thompkins died 28th March 1898 aged 50.
Her son Martin died 24th July 1905 aged 23 years. & 2 sons died young.
Also her son Matthew who died June 11th 1916 aged 25 years.
Also her son Patrick died 28th Jan. 1927 aged 34 years.
The above Julia Thompkins died 19th March 1931 aged 78 yrs.
Her son John died 29th Aug. 1945 aged 61.
To commerate the year 2000 by their grandson Matthew Thompkins and his son Billy.
