Erected by Patrick Byrne to the memory of his father who died Oct. 1820 aged 58 yrs.
His mother Jan. 1826 , 52.
His uncle Jan. 1828 , 54 and also of his nephew who died young.
His nephew Edward Purcell died 14th April 1919 aged 84 yrs. & his wife Sarah Purcell died 7th Nov. 1929 aged 84 yrs. and their son Michael Purcell died 3rd July 1956 aged 82 yrs.
