Erected by John Fitzsimons Ballymanus in memory of his beloved father Patrick Fitzsimons who died 1st May 1849 aged 33 yrs & his mother Jane Fitzsimons died 13th Feb. 1894 aged 82 yrs. & his two brothers Michael died 2nd Dec. 1899 aged 55 yrs. and Thomas died 25th Oct. 1916 aged 74 yrs.
