On the 21st of March 1863 were laid in the grave beneath this stone the mortal remains of Edward Stedmond Junr. late of Ballyduff this parish he died at the early age of 29 years having survived his father only a few days. He rests by his side waiting with him the resurrection to eternal life through Jesus Christ our lord.
