Erected by James Byrne Askamore Mill in memory of his son Garrett [ Garry ] who died June 1st 1853 aged 27 years.
Also his son John who died August 11th 1857 aged 30 years.
Also the above James who died Dec. 15th 1869 aged 93 years.
Also his beloved wife Mary who died January 8th 1860 aged 74 years.
His son Michael who died June 3rd 1896 aged 65 years.
His grand-son John who died April 5th 1903 aged 35 years and his son James who died February 17th 1904 aged 88 years and Sarah wife of Michael who died January 1st 1918 aged 87 years.
